The first step in the application process for joining an OM ArtsLink excursion is to provide several examples of your personal artwork, an accompanying artist statement, and any explanation of experience.

Upon receiving your portfolio, you will be notified by our ArtsLink staff and your work reviewed by our portfolio viewing board. You will be notified as to whether or not there is a current opportunity that fits your skills and experience level.

Upon portfolio approval, you will progress to the next step, completing the application provided by your OM home country office.

Portfolio Requirements:

Send us your best work, shown off to its best advantage. We are generally looking for strength of skill set.

5-10 pieces of artwork are sufficient. We prefer to have a portfolio sent via email attachment and not exceeding 5,000KBs overall in one email.

To reduce a file: using a Photoshop-type software, look for settings such as: Image, Resize, Image Size, Change Image Resolution, Resample Image.

However, if the file is too big to send by email, we will also accept CDs, slides, or photos. If you send original artwork, we will return it if you provide a pre-addressed stamped envelope.
